The kit is mainly used for detecting the protein tyrosine phosphorylation level in mammalian sperm capacitation.
A series of complicated biochemic and molecular response of enhance fluidity of serosa, hyperactivated movement and cAMP activate after sperm capacitation, which make sperm tail proceed protein tyrosine phosphorylation. In which the sperm can combine with antibody of Anti-Tyrosine Phosphorylation signed by fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Green fluorescence can be detected in sperm tail at excitation wavelength between 450~490 nm.
【Main compositions】
Capacitation Krebs-Ringer Medium 1 vial 60ml HEPES buffer containing 0.35% bovine serum albumin, 0.35% sodium lactate and 1% glucose
